Dr. Clint Keilman, MD is a board-certified emergency physician, military veteran, and experienced clinical leader. He has spent years working in high-acuity medical settings where clear thinking and strong clinical judgment are essential. He is affiliated with Moffitt Cancer Center, where he serves in a medical directorship role. Throughout his career in Florida, he has helped lead care teams across major healthcare systems. Also, he is known for steady decision-making, high clinical standards, and careful, defensible medical oversight.

At DevotedDOc, Dr. Keilman serves in a voluntary, fractional Chief Medical Officer (CMO) role. Moreover, his focus is clinical quality and governance. He supports quality review, provides guidance on complex cases, and helps strengthen standardized workflows. In addition, he advises on documentation standards, escalation pathways, and consistent clinical processes across the organization. Through this work, he keeps patient care structured, accountable, and aligned with best practices.

Dr. Keilman also serves as President of the DevotedDOc Health Foundation, the organization’s nonprofit arm. The foundation works to reduce barriers to care through responsible use of technology. Its mission includes addressing the digital divide and expanding access to care for underserved communities. A key focus is grant-funded programs that support continuity of care for opioid use disorder (OUD). Across all his roles, Dr. Keilman’s work centers on reducing preventable harm, improving access for vulnerable populations — including veterans — and helping patients move from crisis toward stable, long-term care.
