Read Before Starting Your Visit
The conditions listed below are eligible for treatment through DevotedText. These visits are designed for low-risk, uncomplicated issues and are not a substitute for in-person medical care when needed. Some visits may need a video call.
By proceeding, you confirm that:
- You are providing accurate health information about yourself.
- You understand that not all cases are appropriate for treatment through DevotedText.
- If your symptoms are outside the scope of safe synchronous audio care, we will recommend a full telemedicine video visit or in-person evaluation.
Important: We do not prescribe controlled substances (except Suboxone for eligible patients in our MAT program). We do not manage emergencies or complex conditions through DevotedText.
If you are experiencing severe symptoms, including high fever, flank pain, vaginal bleeding, chest pain, or shortness of breath, please seek immediate medical care.
No waiting rooms, no video chats. Just fast, secure, text-based treatment by a licensed provider. Most visits are completed same-day. If your condition requires a higher level of care, we’ll guide you to the right next step.
