Urgent care visits are $49, with no hidden fees.

 We provide high-quality virtual healthcare at an affordable price. Payments are easy, secure, and can be made using any major credit or debit card through our secure online payment system. 

If medically appropriate, your doctor will send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy. 

 At DevotedDOc, we provide expert telemedicine care for both adults and children, offering treatment for a wide range of conditions. However, some medical concerns require in-person evaluation or emergency care and cannot be managed via telemedicine.

We are not an emergency service. If you have a life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

We do not treat:

• Chest pain or heart attack symptoms (pressure, tightness, pain in chest/arm)
   
• Stroke symptoms (slurred speech, facial drooping, weakness on one side)
   
• Severe difficulty breathing (wheezing, gasping for air)
   
• Severe allergic reactions (swelling of the throat, difficulty breathing, dizziness)
   
• Serious head injuries or loss of consciousness
   
• Seizures
   
• Uncontrolled bleeding
   

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, seek emergency medical care immediately.

We do not prescribe controlled substances, including:

• Narcotic painkillers (Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Morphine, etc.)
   
• Anxiety medications (Xanax, Ativan, Valium, etc.)
   
• ADHD medications (Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse)
   
• Sleep aids (Ambien, Lunesta)
   

Patients requiring controlled medications should consult an in-person specialist or pain management clinic.

We provide general mental wellness support but do not manage severe psychiatric conditions or psychiatric emergencies.

We do not treat:

• Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe depression
   
• Psychiatric emergencies or suicidal thoughts (Call 988 for immediate help)
   
• Medication management for antipsychotics or mood stabilizers
   

If you are in crisis, call 988 or visit the nearest emergency center.

We prescribe antibiotics for mild infections, such as UTIs and sinus infections, mild skin infections but do not treat:

• Sepsis or bloodstream infections
   
• Severe pneumonia requiring hospitalization
   
• MRSA infections needing IV antibiotics
   
• HIV or syphilis (requires in-person testing)
   

For severe infections, visit an urgent care center or hospital.

While we can order lab work, we do not perform in-person procedures, including:

• X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans
   
• IV fluids, injections, or stitches
   
• Work, school, or DOT physicals
   
• Cancer screenings or biopsies
   

We can refer you to a local provider for necessary tests or procedures.

We do provide telemedicine services for pediatric patients. However, we do not manage:

• High-risk pregnancies
   
• Pregnancy ultrasounds or labor & delivery support
   

For pregnancy-related concerns, consult an OB/GYN.

• Follow your provider’s medical advice for your safety.
   
• Seek emergency or urgent care immediately if instructed.
   
• Schedule a follow-up with a primary care physician if directed.
   
• Requests for inappropriate treatments (e.g., antibiotics for viral illnesses) may result in dismissal from the practice if medical advice is not followed.
   

If you experience any of the following, call 911 or go to the nearest ER:

• Chest pain or difficulty breathing
   
• Severe abdominal, back, or flank pain
   
• Sudden numbness, weakness, or paralysis
   
• Sudden confusion or trouble speaking
   
• Severe allergic reaction (swelling of the lips, tongue, or throat; difficulty breathing)
   
• Loss of consciousness or fainting
   
• Any condition where your provider advises in-person evaluation
