Clint Keilman, MD is a board-certified emergency physician, military veteran, and experienced clinical leader. He has spent years working in high-acuity medical settings where clear thinking and strong clinical judgment are essential. He is affiliated with Moffitt Cancer Center, where he serves in a medical directorship role. Throughout his career in Florida, he has helped lead care teams across major healthcare systems. Also, he is known for steady decision-making, high clinical standards, and careful, defensible medical oversight.

Stephen Lomonico is an award-winning healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and clinical integration across skilled nursing, assisted living, and behavioral health settings. As founder and president of Thrive Behavioral Sciences, he built a behavioral health services company now serving nursing homes and assisted living facilities across multiple states — designing care models, regulatory protocols, and outcomes measurement systems that bridge psychiatry, psychology, and long-term care operations.
