Eligibility and User Responsibilities
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have parental consent to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and not to engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive conduct toward our platform or staff.
Telemedicine Consent
By using our Services, you consent to receive medical care via telemedicine. You acknowledge that care may involve electronic transmission of health information, prescriptions, and laboratory requests, and that treatment may occur without a physical examination.
Fees and Payments
DevotedDOc services are provided on a cash-pay basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees in full at the time of service. No refunds are issued for completed medical consultations. Subscription services may be canceled by notifying us prior to the next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including branding, text, logos, and medical materials, is owned by DevotedDOc and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
DevotedDOc is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the website or telemedicine platform, including technical failures, delays, or treatment outcomes. No guarantees are made regarding the effectiveness or appropriateness of any prescribed treatment.
Modifications and Governing Law
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
