For the most seamless experience, DevotedDOc recommends Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics when compatible with your laboratory order. Both offer a lab location or, where available, collection at home.

DevotedDOc has established electronic laboratory ordering workflows with these national laboratories. Eligible orders can be transmitted directly from our medical record system, reducing the need for patients to manually obtain or upload a laboratory requisition.

DevotedDOc has established electronic laboratory ordering workflows that include Labcorp, as well as Quest Diagnostics. Eligible orders can be transmitted directly from our medical record system. You are not required to use either laboratory.

Compare the available providers based on your location, scheduling, pricing, and service availability, and check each provider's website for current coverage before booking. DevotedDOc does not recommend one independent provider over another.

Patients generally book and pay the independent collection provider directly, according to that provider's terms. DevotedDOc does not collect payment for third-party mobile collection services.

No. A mobile collection fee generally covers the service of having a collection professional come to your location. Laboratory testing charges are separate and may be billed by the laboratory according to your insurance coverage, laboratory arrangements, or other applicable payment terms.

Once the laboratory finalizes your results, they are sent to DevotedDOc and posted to [PATIENT PORTAL NAME] at [PORTAL URL]. DevotedDOc does not require patients to use Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, or any particular specimen-collection provider. Patients may use another qualified laboratory or collection provider capable of completing the tests ordered by their clinician, subject to the requirements of the laboratory order.

Preferred Designation

Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics are identified as preferred options because of DevotedDOc's existing electronic laboratory ordering workflows. The designation does not represent a ranking of laboratory quality.

Third-Party Services

Independent mobile specimen-collection providers are not owned or operated by DevotedDOc unless specifically stated otherwise. Their pricing, scheduling, geographic coverage, cancellation policies, privacy practices, and other terms are controlled by those providers.

Home Collection Availability

At-home specimen collection is not available for every patient, test, laboratory order, or geographic area. Eligibility and availability are determined by the applicable laboratory or collection provider.

Third-Party Collection

Certain home-collection services associated with national laboratories may be performed by an independent mobile collection company rather than laboratory employees.
