Governance model
Independent. Documented. Candid.
The Advisory Board operates under a formal charter. Members serve two-year renewable terms and are recruited for expertise, not to advance organizational interests. Conflicts are disclosed and managed. Compensation is transparent and market-based, never tied to performance or outcomes.
Board members receive a letter agreement outlining their role, confidentiality expectations, intellectual property, and professional conduct standards. Quarterly meetings are optional; email consultation is encouraged. No required time commitment.

Clint Keilman, MD
Emergency Medicine
Executive Leadership
Clint Keilman, MD is a board-certified emergency physician, military veteran, and experienced clinical leader. He has spent years working in high-acuity medical settings where clear thinking and strong clinical judgment are essential. He is affiliated with Moffitt Cancer Center, where he serves in a medical directorship role. Throughout his career in Florida, he has helped lead care teams across major healthcare systems. Also, he is known for steady decision-making, high clinical standards, and careful, defensible medical oversight.
Keith Baker, MD

Keith Baker, MD is a board-certified emergency physician with additional board certifications in medical toxicology and addiction medicine. He advises DevotedDOc's executive leadership team and helps guide the clinical direction of the organization. His focus includes protocol design, risk management, and compliance-forward standards that support safe, accountable care at scale.
Stephen Lomonico

CEO of Thrive Behavioral Sciences
Stephen Lomonico is an award-winning healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and clinical integration across skilled nursing, assisted living, and behavioral health settings. As founder and president of Thrive Behavioral Sciences, he built a behavioral health services company now serving nursing homes and assisted living facilities across multiple states — designing care models, regulatory protocols, and outcomes measurement systems that bridge psychiatry, psychology, and long-term care operations.
Sundeep Dronawat, Ph.D.
Healthcare Technology
CEO of Fetal Life
Dr. Sundeep "Sunny" Dronawat is a Louisville entrepreneur and community leader with a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Louisville. He has founded and led successful ventures in technology, real estate, hospitality, and recreation, including POS on Cloud, Samiteon, Triple Crown Holdings, Play Pickleball Club, and a $13 million sustainable La Quinta hotel. He also leads Fetal Life, an NIH-funded medical device company, and serves as principal investigator for a $2 million NIH grant focused on improving healthcare for underserved and minority communities.
