What is DevotedDocCarePlus?
DevotedDOc CarePlus is our premium consultation service that connects your Doctor to a national network of medical specialists. You’ll get expert input—fast—without the need for referrals, travel, or delays. We consult a specialist for you and get recommendations to treat your condition, including labs and further testing as needed. Your expert may recommend in-person care but we will help you get started with labs and recommendations now.
How fast will I get results?
Most specialist consults are returned within 1 business day. Many are completed the same day your doctor submits your case.
Do I talk directly to the specialist?
Your DevotedDOc Doctor will review your case with the specialist and translate their input into clear next steps tailored to your care plan.
How much does it cost? Is this covered by insurance?
We decrease insurance barriers by offering this service as a direct-pay service. We charge a transparent flat rate of $199.99 per consult with no hidden fees. This includes your initial visit and follow up to review recommendations. Labs can be ordered for an additional fee.
What kinds of conditions can this help with?
Specialists can weigh in on lab or imaging reviews, chronic disease management, unexplained symptoms, medication questions, skin conditions, and more. We’ll let you know if your case is appropriate.
What if I need a referral after the consult?
If your specialist recommends in-person evaluation, your Doctor will help coordinate next steps for your care and make recommendations.
